Cook achieves production award: Tea professional honored by EXIT Realty Corp.

Lynda Cook, Franchisee with EXIT Realty Sioux Empire in Tea was recently honored with the prestigious Bronze Award by EXIT Realty Corp. International.

“It takes hard work, tenacity and a willingness to grow and change with the market to earn an EXIT award. Our awards criteria are among the toughest in the industry and our award recipients represent EXIT’s finest real estate professionals from coast to coast,” said Tami Bonnell, CEO, EXIT Realty Corp. International. “We are proud of their efforts and their ongoing commitment to provide excellent service to their local communities.”

Cook has been in the Real Estate business for 12 years, representing EXIT for the last two years.

Cook said, “I’m honored that EXIT recognizes hard work. I’m amazed by the positive reinforcement EXIT International brings by recognizing achievements, this is just a small example of what we see every day with EXIT.”

“EXIT Realty is experiencing phenomenal growth across the continent and we’re proud that Lynda is a part of it,” said Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman of EXIT Realty Corp. International.

Cook defines her reason to continue in Real Estate as the “Glow.” She says it is what energizes her to continue.

She said, “The Glow is what I see when I help clients into their perfect home. The smiles, hugs, happiness and enthusiasm that I get to be part of on closing day warms my heart and this is what I refer to as the “Glow”, I love it! Whether it be selling or purchasing a home, I welcome the opportunity to assist clients throughout the process!”

As with all industries, technology has played a big role in recent years. EXIT International is driven by technology, Cook said, “EXIT has an industry leader with Annette Anthony as VP of Information Technology.”

She said EXIT offers mobile apps for smart phones and comprehensive internet search capabilities.

Cook and her husband, along with their son are proud to call Tea home. She said, “We work hard on helping Tea grow and keeping it safe by being involved with the Tea Area Community Fund, Tea Economic Development Corporation and the Tea Volunteer Fire Department. We are also fortunate to have great friends and neighbors who are willing to help each other and that’s why we love Tea’s motto ‘Tea - A Growing Tradition’ and we are proud to be part of this!”
