Miss South Dakota to appear at Tea Community Library

Miss South Dakota Julia Olson will be at the Tea Community Library, July 20 at 10 a.m. She will read a story to the kids and then take time for photos and autographs. Julia Olson is a college graduate from SDSU with a degree in Elementary Education.
