Lincoln County Fairgrounds receives grant from TACF

In a generous show of support for community development, the Tea Area Community Foundation recently presented a substantial grant of $2,500 to the Lincoln County Fairgrounds. 

The funds are earmarked for the construction of essential animal housing buildings at the fairgrounds, further enhancing the facilities for future events.

The ‘Big Check’ presentation, a symbolic gesture of the community’s commitment to local initiatives, took place at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds. Wendy Sweeter, Kristi Sweeter, and DeeAnn Henjum were captured in a photo at left. 

Individuals and organizations interested in supporting similar projects and contributing to the growth of the Tea area community are encouraged to make donations. 

Donations can be mailed to the Tea Area Community Foundation at PO Box 153, Tea, SD 57064. Additionally, online contributions can be made by visiting sfacf.org, clicking on “Give Online” in the blue bar at the top of the page, and searching for the Tea Area Community Foundation.
