Fires strike industrial park, IMED Mobility
Thick, billowing plumes of dark black smoke could be seen for miles Tuesday morning, Feb. 24. The smoke was coming from a business fire in the Tea Industrial Park, southwest of the Marv Skie-Lincoln County Airport.
First responders were dispatched to the area around 9:30 a.m. Tea, Lennox, Chancellor, Harrisburg and Sioux Falls fire crews worked together to extinguish the flames that had engulfed the Huck Finn Painting Co. building at 27164 Linda Ave. Two other businesses also occupied the multi-unit building.
