Bids received for Phase 3 work at city's athletic complex

Initial bids for Phase 3 work on the city’s athletic complex were released at the Tea City Council’s meeting on Monday night. Bids were received from five companies, including Asphalt Surfacing Co., Beck & Hofer Construction, Bryan Wiseman Construction, Dakotaland Sod and Swift Contractors,Inc.
