The Fourth is nearly here! For tips on how to have a safe and happy holiday, check out the state fire marshal's advice in this week's Tea Weekly. Note that the City of Tea does allow for the discharge of legal fireworks within city limits from 8 a.m. to midnight July 3, 4 and 5.
