Tea Area Community groups launch annual fund drive

Tea is a happening place. The city’s population has soared over the 5,000 mark, another elementary school is under construction and many quality-of-life enhancements have been made in recent years.
As our proud community continues to grow, so do our wants and needs. That’s where the Tea Area Community Fund plays an important role. The TACF is an endowment fund that provides grants annually to improve lives and strengthen neighborhoods.
Another organization, the Tea Area Community Scholarship Fund, awards scholarships to help Tea area graduating seniors further their education. As tuition costs continue to rise, those scholarships are a huge help for our young generation. LOGIN to read the entire article in this week's newspaper.
