Rausch places 9th at State


After a 28th place finish at the 2017 State A meet, Tea Area High School senior Cole Rausch made a goal to be a top ten finisher in 2018. This past Saturday, Oct. 20, he accomplished his goal, placing him among the top cross country runners in the State. Rausch used a strong start to put himself in the lead pack and used a great finish kick to earn ninth place at the State Meet, crossing the finish line in a new personal best time of 16:41. This time also ranks him fourth in school history; he also becomes the fourth Titan State medal winner in school history.
