Local builder busy with Boulder Addition neighborhood

Building in the Boulder Addition on the south end of Tea has been an exciting time for BH Construction.

Brandon Hoyer, who runs BH Construction with his wife, Danielle, have been in business for about 10 years. However, building three homes in the Boulder Addition is their first time building in the city of Tea.

Brandon works as the builder and Danielle is the designer and Realtor.

“It works out good,” Brandon said.

The Hoyers live on an acreage outside of Tea with their two boys and another on the way. They enjoy the small town feel that Tea has.

“We are both from Howard originally and moved down this way about 11 or 12 years ago. We just love the feel of Tea,” Brandon said.
