The Tea American Legion building received a much-needed facelift this summer thanks to a team of local Sherwin-Williams employees who donated both supplies and labor to repaint the facility.
On July 29, the volunteers spent the day giving the building’s exterior a fresh coat of paint, leaving it with a clean, revitalized appearance. Their work was more than just cosmetic—it was a show of appreciation for veterans and the important community space they maintain.
Sherwin-Williams’ contribution included not only paint but also the hands-on effort of employees who dedicated their time to the project. The result is a visible reminder of the company’s commitment to service and support for those who have served.
Local leaders and veterans alike expressed gratitude for the generous donation, noting that the project reflects a shared sense of pride and patriotism.
The Tea American Legion continues to serve as a hub for community events, veteran support, and civic engagement—now with a renewed look that honors both the past and the future.
