The Harrisburg Hy-Vee and Tea Hy-Vee stores officially celebrated their transitions from Dollar Fresh Market locations with ribbon cutting ceremonies held earlier this week.
The events marked the completion of renovations and the introduction of expanded offerings for customers at both locations. The Harrisburg and Tea stores now feature more than 16,000 new items, along with new bakery departments, full-service meat cases, HealthMarket sections, refreshed produce departments and expanded Hy-Vee Mealtime options.Â
New meal offerings include Mia Italian take-and-bake pizza, prepared sandwiches and salads.
Both ribbon cutting events included customer giveaways. The first 100 shoppers at each location received Hy-Vee swag bags, with one bag containing a $100 Hy-Vee gift card. Additional swag bags included Hy-Vee gift cards valued up to $25.
The Tea Hy-Vee ribbon cutting was held Tuesday, Jan. 6, at the store’s location at 725 E. First St. in Tea, while the Harrisburg Hy-Vee celebrated its reopening Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 210 E. Willow St. in Harrisburg. The renovated stores reflect Hy-Vee’s continued investment in the Harrisburg and Tea communities, providing expanded product selections and enhanced shopping experiences for local customers.
