Titans fall to Brookings

The Tea Area High School volleyball team hosted Brookings on Tuesday, Sept. 15, and fell to the Bobcats, 3-1.

The Titans came out strong, taking the opening set, 25-14. Brookings answered in the second set, winning 25-22, before taking control of the match with wins of 25-15 and 25-19 in the third and fourth sets.

Avery Franzen led the Titans with 30 assists, while Remington Bechard recorded three kills. Miah Thorstenson finished with two total blocks, and Abby Boom led Tea Area defensively with 16 digs.
