Titans place 68 youth wrestlers at District Tournament

The Tea Youth Wrestling Club participated in the District AAU Wrestling Tournament on March 4th at Tea High School.
Tea hosted 402 youth wrestlers from Tea, Brandon Valley, West Central, Lennox, Parker, and five Sioux Falls Schools.
Tea placed 68 wrestlers in the top 8, qualifying each wrestler to participate in the Region 5 Tournament to be held in Hartford on March 9. Placings included: 27 first place, 12 second place, 5 third place, 9 fourth place, 5 fifth place, 3 sixth place, 4 seventh place, and 3 eighth place.
With 68 region qualifiers, the Tea Youth Wrestling Club will have the most wrestlers participating of the 21 schools represented at Region 5.
