The Tea Baseball Association is excited to welcome 17 baseball teams from across the state for the 4th Grade State Baseball Tournament.

Games kick off at 11 a.m. this  Friday, July 18  at the Tea Athletic Complex on fields B,C and D and continue through the weekend, with championships for both the upper and lower divisions taking place Sunday at 1 p.m.

The TBA asks everyone in Tea to make visitors feel at home and encourage them to patronize local businesses as well as the Tea Chamber-sponsored Saturday in the Park on July 19. Holding events like this tournament is a great opportunity to showcase the top-notch Tea Athletic Complex and the friendliness of the people of Tea.

The TBA anticipates bringing more baseball tournaments to the community in the future. It’s also a great way to watch baseball right here in our community. There is a $10 gate fee per day for adults; everyone under 18 is free.

Use the QR codes pictured at right to see the game schedules for each of the divisions and follow Tea Baseball Association on Facebook for other updates on the games.

Thank you to all the volunteers for their help as well as the City of Tea in maintaining the fields in excellent condition.
