Tea Area students selected to Midwestern Region ACDA Honor Choirs
Tea Area School District will be well represented at the 2026 Midwestern Region ACDA Honor Choirs held in Milwaukee, WI, Feb. 25-28. City discusses animal ordinance at recent meeting
The Tea City Council met Nov. 3 and held a first reading on an ordinance on animals. Community development director Albert Schmidt presented a first reading on ordinance 320. The ordinance specifically addresses the keeping of chickens within city limits. The proposed updates include a maximum of six total animals of chickens, quails or rabbits. Roosters are prohibited. Titans fall to SF Washington: Prepare to face Pierre in playoffs
On Thursday, Oct. 23 the Tea Area High School football team traveled to Howard Wood for their final regular season game against Sioux Falls Washington. Two Titans medal at State Meet: Babb takes sixth, VanLaecken 16th
The Tea Area Titans concluded their 2025 campaign this Saturday at the AA State Cross Country Meet in Huron. A total of 262 athletes from 20 AA schools competed in the race, with each school fielding a team of up to seven runners. The Titans turned in outstanding efforts on the day. Tea Area Cupboard opens on Main
Tea’s food pantry made the move to a new location on Main Avenue and opened to the public on Oct. 21. After around 20 years in Trinity Lutheran Church, the Tea Food Pantry moved into its own space at 125 S. Main Avenue with a new name - Tea Area Cupboard.
